TENTIPI RIVER CAMP

Welcome to an unforgettable experience by wonderful Vindelälven.

Relax to the sound of rushing whitewater, with midwinter light that illuminates the horizon behind a crackling fireplace. Brewed coffee over an open fire has never tasted so good. When your toes start to freeze, it’s time to take off your boots and retreat to your cosy Nordic tipi tent. You snuggle down comfortably and tell each other stories around a hot stove.

Eating

Cutlery, plates and drinking ladles are provided, as well as frying pans and utensils for preparing food over an open fire. 

A 20-litre water container with a tap is inside the tent. Read more about the package holiday options below.

Sleeping

Each tipi tent has a double mattress and two single mattresses.
A pillow, bed linen and Arctic sleeping bags are also provided.

How do you get to your tent?

There are a couple of options to chose from here:

- Rent a fatbike or cross-country skis, and go along the river for approx. 3-4 kilometres.

- Walk.
- Snowmobile.

All-inclusive prices

There are 3 package holidays to choose from. Wood, sleeping bags, pillows, bed linen and kitchen utensils are included in all package deals.

Bronze.

 This is the cheapest option, but food and transport are not included, and in addition, an at-cost charge is applied to biofuel - depending on how much has been consumed.

Price SEK 2,500 (2-4 persons)

Silver.

This package deal includes transport (car or snowmobile) and ready meals (breakfast and dinner that are warmed up over an open fire). Biofuel is included
Price SEK 4,000 for 2 people, but if there are more of you, a SEK 250 charge per person is applied.

Gold.
The same as the silver package deal, but with your very own chef who comes and prepares a delicious dinner with local produce.

Price SEK 5,000 for 2 people, but if there are more of you, a SEK 500 charge per person is applied.
